Missionary Praise and Prayer Letters

Dear Praying Friends and Faithful Supporters, July – Aug., 2011

We praise the Lord for you! You who pray. You who give. Especially, you who pray and give! In these hard financial times, your faithfulness and “care of me” (us) “hath flourished again” (Phil. 4:10b). May God richly bless each one!

PRAISE: Also, we are having many opportunities to get into peoples homes and share Christ's Salvation and abundant life!

PRAYER: Pray for the people that we are evangelizing to seek the Savior in the Scriptures (“for ... he that seeketh findeth” Mat. 7:8b), and those we are discipling to learn to be guided into all truth and taught all things in the Scriptures by the Spirit of God (“the Spirit of truth ... will guide you into all truth” John 16:13b “and shall teach you all things” John 14:26c).

PRAISE: God continues to supply for our needs. Financially, things have never been tighter for us with the exception of 1990 and 1991, but God has never been more faithful!

PRAYER: Pray for our financial needs. We are trying to sell some things, both to help out financially and to free up space in our smaller living quarters.

PRAISE: Precious Brazilian souls continue to be saved and cared for spiritually in the various church-plants that we are involved in.

PRAYER: Pray for the Brazilian pastors and other church leaders as they strive to develop a maturing, strong functioning body of believers able to lead others to Christ and spiritually mature the new believers.
